Processing & Shipping Times
Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for order processing before shipping. During holidays or sales, processing times may be extended slightly.
Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom orders or RTS items. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos so we can resolve the issue.
Care Instructions
Tumblers are sealed with epoxy for durability. To ensure a long life:
- Hand wash only
- Do not microwave
- Do not place in the dishwasher
- Do not leave in excessive heat
